Stainless Steel Banding

Type 201 stainless steel banding comes in a variety of widths, thicknesses, strengths and corrosion resistances.  Standard "in stock" sizes are 3/4"x.020x100' (5.7 lbs.) and 3/4"x.030x100' (7.7 lbs.).  Other gauges and lengths are available upon request.

Stainless Steel Banding Brackets

Stainless Steel Straight Leg Bracket

Threaded straight leg center hole bracket for use on posts 4" diameter or less.  Bolt and washer included.  A box of 50 straight leg brackets weighs 7.3 lbs.

Stainless Steel Flared Leg Bracket

Threaded flared leg center hole bracket for use on posts larger than 4" in diameter.  Bolt and washer included.  A box of 50 flared leg brackets weighs 7.6 lbs.

Stainless Steel Wing Strapping Seal

Wing Seals are designed for use with light gauge banding.  They are easily closed with a hammer on any surface and in any position.  A box of 100 wing seals weighs 2.1 lbs.

Stainless Steel Buckle

Stainless Steel Buckles can accomodate a single or double wrap of banding.  They are excellent for use where a heavy duty application is required.  A box of 100 buckles weighs 3.7 lbs.

Installation Tools

P-1 Heavy Duty Ratchet Tensioner Tool

The P-1 Heavy Duty Ratchet Tensioner Tool is highly versatile.  It has a hammer knob and cutter and is for use with 3/8" to 3/4" stainless steel banding in thicknesses up to .030".  The P-1 weighs 3 lbs.

C001 - Cool Tool

The C001 Cool Tool is a high tensioning tool for use with 1/4"x.020" up to 3/4"x.030" stainless steel banding.  This tool has a spin tension handle, spring loaded gripper and built-in cutter with a vinyl coated handle.  Available in a blue, rust resistant finish, this tool delivers up to 2,400 lbs. of torque.  The C001 weighs 4.5 lbs. 

The C-1 Heavy Duty Band Cutter is a self-opening spring cutter and will cut up to 3/4" wide x .030" thick stainless steel banding.  The C-1 cutter weighs 1.5 lbs.
